I wrote this in second grade and I wanted to share it with you because it's very cute and creative, especially for that age.
Monkeys
Look all over up and down.
You don't really need a frown.
Hey! Look! Can it be?
I guess we found a monkey!
It pounces and bounces.
It's not fat and round.
It doesn't usually touch the ground.
It's looking for dinner.
Might be a winner.
I like monkeys all around!
